Acocks Green Youth Tenpin Bowling Club(YBC) promotes the sport of ten pin bowling to anyone within the age range of 6 – 18 [and beyond to age 24 via the Young Adults Club (YAC)] and does not discriminate against any classes or disabilities.
Members are instructed to league/county levels via our various registered Instructors/Coaches of which we have:
7 Phase I Instructors
2 Phase II Instructors
1 Phase III Coach
1 Phase IV Coach
The YBC is run purely by volunteers, who have to hold a licence, which is issued and regulated by the British Tenpin Bowling Association (BTBA).
As in all sports we have a Child Protection Policy in operation.
The YBC also supports other children via the Children In Need Charity and annually takes part in this event to help raise funds for the worthwhile charity
